We're excited to announce that Mappost has begun working with Agency for Digitalization of Oslo Municipality on optimizing transport logistics for home care services, part of the municipality's "Stay Home Longer (Bo hjemme lenger)" program.
The project aims to cut down time spent on administrative tasks and travel time, freeing up home care employees to spend more time on their core mission – caring for Oslo's residents and supporting their independence at home.
This project will leverage our route optimization expertise to improve the efficiency and quality of home care delivery across Oslo by optimizing work list management and routing. The solution will incorporate numerous industry-specific features, including simultaneous route optimization across three transportation modes (car, bicycle, and on foot), matching healthcare workers' competencies with patient care needs, supporting continuity of care and accommodating numerous other requirements.
This collaboration represents an important milestone as Mappost expands work in the Nordic municipal sector to support provision of vital public healthcare services.
We will be happy to share more about Mappost, demonstrate the system and answer all your questions!
